Six Questions Your Remedy Intelligent Staffing Franchise Financial Model Must Answer

We built this franchise unit financial model using our own research to provide a practical roadmap for your investment. Key assumptions, including placement fees, temp labor markups, and recruiter salaries, are pre-populated with researched data specific to this staffing franchise and are fully editable. With a projected year-one EBITDA of $449,000 and a clear path to $4.2 million in revenue by year five, this tool helps you visualize the real-world economics of the business.

What is the profitability trajectory?

This unit is projected to reach profitability defintely fast, hitting its break-even point in April 2026, just four months after launch. By year three, EBITDA is expected to climb to $1.94 million as you scale your temp labor markups and managed services. The trajectory shows significant operating leverage, with net profit margins expanding as fixed costs like rent and insurance stay steady while revenue grows.

Maximize Unit Margins

  • Optimize recruiter-to-placement ratios
  • Focus on high-margin technical roles
  • Upsell managed workforce solutions

How much capital is required and allocated?

To launch this franchise unit in the US, you will need a total initial investment that covers the $39,950 franchise fee and approximately $180,000 in other startup costs. The model shows a minimum cash requirement of $1,097,000 by April 2026, which includes a heavy buffer for working capital to carry temporary payroll before client invoices are paid. This ensures you can scale quickly without hitting a liquidity wall during the first six months.

Primary Capital Uses

  • $39,950 Initial Franchise Fee
  • $60,000 Office Leasehold Improvements
  • $30,000 Technology and IT Setup
  • $20,000 Initial Marketing Materials
[dynamic_pic9]

What is the return on investment?

Investors can expect an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18.84% over the first five years of operation. While the full payback of the initial capital occurs after year five, the unit generates a healthy 9.65% Return on Equity (ROE) and significant annual cash flow by the third year. This suggests that while the entry cost is substantial due to working capital needs, the long-term cash-on-cash returns are quite attractive for a multi-unit operator.

Key Investor Metrics

  • 18.84% Internal Rate of Return
  • Payback achieved after Year 5
  • 9.65% Return on Equity
[dynamic_pic10]

What is the break-even point?

The monthly break-even point is reached in April 2026, requiring enough gross margin to cover roughly $7,500 in fixed monthly expenses plus your recruiter and management payroll. The primary driver for hitting this goal is the volume of temp labor markups, which are projected to hit $360,000 in the first year. If your placement speed lags, the $18,000+ monthly base salary for your internal team becomes a significant burden on your cash runway.

Speed Up Break-Even

  • Front-load B2B sales outreach
  • Accelerate recruiter training schedules
  • Target high-density industrial hubs
[dynamic_pic11]

What is the cash runway and lowest point?

The lowest cash point occurs in April 2026, where the model indicates you need $1,097,000 on hand to safely manage the gap between paying temporary workers and receiving client payments. This financial feasibility study for a staffing business highlights that cash flow management is more critical than headline sales in the early months. We recommend maintaining a 20% cash buffer above the minimum requirement to account for any slow-paying corporate clients.

Protect Your Liquidity

  • Incentivize early client payments
  • Phase furniture and fixture buys
  • Negotiate 30-day vendor terms
[dynamic_pic12]

How do different scenarios change outcomes?

In a High scenario where revenue increases by 20%, your EBITDA scales dramatically because fixed costs like the $4,800 rent and $650 utilities do not change. However, a Low scenario with a 15% revenue dip could push your break-even date back by several months and significantly increase the peak cash need. The model shows that year-one margins are highly sensitive to recruiter productivity and the average markup achieved on temp labor.

Aim for the High Case

  • Target specialized technical placements
  • Implement rigorous recruiter KPIs
  • Focus on Research Triangle Park

Madison Deserved Better
Format: Kindle
Madison was a beta...except she wasn't any longer. She was a late presenting Omega. And she was struggling. She was tall and thin, not tiny and curvy. She was opinionated. She was everything an Omega was not. After suffering through her first heat, her friends took her to Ardor, a club where Omegas came to safely find Alphas. She's not expecting much but then she connects with a sexy beta. And when she meets his Alphas, they set her body on fire. Maybe, she's found her no-strings-attached heat pack. Maybe, she's found something more. I could not connect with the characters in this book, so their story never resonated with me. And there was no love story; there was sex. Grey made it clear from the beginning that he had a true love and it was his beta boy, Rian. He went so far as to reassure Rian “Say the word, I’ll never touch her again. Lucas can put the babies in her. I only need you, beta boy”. So, Madison was there for babies, no emotions needed. Nice. No, thank you. I want the Omega to be the center of their world, not an incubator. Lucas and Rian weren't any better. After her heat, they let her leave. Not one of them made her feel valued. No one gave her a reason to stay or even offered a cuddle. And the sex didn't even come across as mind-blowing. Madison deserved better.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.

Pack's Promise was okay but not great
Format: Kindle
Pack's Promise was okay but not great. I won't recommend it to anyone that I know. PRO: * Very likable characters * Lots of steamy scenes that are written very well * The spelling and grammar are good * The punctuation is good with the exception of using hyphens instead of commas. Lots of hyphens. Lots and lots of hyphens. CON: * Almost no interactions with any characters outside of Madison and the pack * Nearly no plot. They meet, get together for a heat, agree to make it permanent, done * Quite a few typos such as extraneous words, missing words and words out of order THINGS TO KNOW: * More steamy scenes than storytelling * A lot of MM & MMM, some MFMM during heat
