Ingredients:-
- Natural Oats Flakes, Natural Suji, Natural Rock salt, Baking Soda.
How to Use:-
- Take the SO GOOD instant ragi dosa mix in a big vessel. And add 450 to 470 ml of water gradually.
- Mix well to make fine batter.
- Keep it a side for 15 minutes. more water if required. And mix well.
- Heat a dosa tawa or non a stick tawa.
- In a small bowl mix 5 ml oil and 200ml water. Dip small piece of cotton cloth to oil and water mixture and wipe hot tawa with damp cloth.
- Pour a small quantity of paste on the hot tawa, and spread it with soft hand, spread some ghee or butter on border of dosa.
- Once dosa is fried turn the dosa and fring little. Dosa is ready to serve.
- Repeat step no-5 before you spread new dosa on tawa to maintain temperature of tawa.

Paper Plates
I like the design! We use paper plates most of the time! I would appreciate a plate with a sturdier Weight. The size is good for my husband and I.

These plates are very convenient for busy days and parties, hold up well with regular meals.

I grabbed these for the upcoming summer because we have so many events coming up: graduation party, kids sleepovers, family gatherings and honestly even for those lazy evenings when I am just too tired to deal with dishes. I am actually very happy with them because they hold up much better than many disposable plates I've tried before. The plates feel sturdy enough for regular meals and snacks without immediately bending or getting soggy. One thing I appreciate is that they were even reusable for lighter drier snacks like nuts, crackers or cookies. If the food wasn't greasy or wet, we could easily use the plate a second time which actually helped reduce waste during busy gatherings because i noticed people going around and reusing for multiple foods. My son use them to do a quick warm up in the microwave for a slice of pizza but was only for 30 seconds and it seemed fine so i can say they are microwave safe but for shorter cycle. I love the white background with blue trim details. These are really practical plates to keep stocked up at home considering the great bulk value of 140 plates, very convenient, sturdy and a huge help when you want easier cleanup without constantly washing dishes. Lifesaver!
