Fish Oil Natural 1000mg (1g)
Equivalent Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides 300mg:
          - Equivalent Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg
          - Equivalent Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg

No artificial surfactants (polysorbates), no added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or dairy products.

Directions: 
For general wellbeing: take 3 capsules daily with food
For heart and brain health: take 3 capsules two times daily with food
For joint health: take 3 capsules three times daily with food
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
