The 20 × 28 mm vermeil case (925 silver with gold plating) remains beautifully preserved and houses the reliable Cartier Calibre 78-1 manual-wind movement, freshly serviced and running excellent. The watch is offered with a one-year warranty.
Its distinctive Lemon Roman dial is complemented by blued steel hands and the iconic blue sapphire cabochon crown, creating one of the most attractive and recognizable Cartier combinations of the period. The mineral crystal remains in excellent condition.
Fitted with a handmade leather strap crafted in Belgium and paired with a classic gold-plated pin buckle, it wears comfortably and elegantly on any wrist.
