"Calming and illuminating . . . A story more gripping than frightening."--Janet Maslin, The New York Times

Writer and documentary director Adam Wishart's poignant and timely book on cancer is the first of its kind--a seamless blend of memoir and medical history that simultaneously explains science in an elegant, non-intimidating way and connects to the experience of being a patient. When his father was diagnosed with cancer, Wishart couldn't find a book that answered his most basic questions: What was the disease and how did it take hold? What is it about cancer's biology that makes it hard to eradicate? Are we to a cure? One in Three is a son's personal and journalistic take on cancer's history and the encouraging story of science's progress in changing the outlook on cancer from a disease we die from to one we live with, providing the full account of the discovery of the disease, its treatment, and its prevention. Wishart's candid discussion of his personal link to cancer is ultimately a story of hope, and one in which we may all find comfort. One in three of us will develop cancer. This book will help us to understand it without fear.

Good quality
Size: 3X-Large, Color: White
The shirt fit great! True to size. Only issue for me, it would have been nice if it was longer to tuck in.

Great fit and comfortable
Size: 3X-Large, Color: White
Great fit and comfortable shirt! The fabric isn't thin and flimsy like some dress shirts today.

Great shirts! I prefer them over much, more expensive shirts!
Size: X-Large, Color: Lemon Yellow
Nice fitting shirt for the cost. Better than most that I’ve purchased for 2-3 times the cost. I prefer these to my Lacoste or Lands End long sleeved shirts! They look/wear much nicer after dry cleaning versus machine washing. I’ve bought five of them now!

Measurements just didn't add up.
Size: X-Large, Color: Sky Blue
Quality of the shirt was nice but the measurements did not add up. I wear a 17 1/2 neck and 36/37 or 37/38 sleeve. I ordered an XL and the sleeves were a little to short and the neck was way to big. Could never wear a tie with this shirt. So going up in size wasn't an option because of the neck. The next size up that had longer sleeves was a 3X, not happening. So if I went down in size the sleeves still would have been to short and the shirt would have been to tight. If the shirt fits you then you have a good shirt at a great price with lots of colors.
