Olindo Records present their first release of 2019 and the third their initial Venezuelan trilogy of 45s. Featuring two original compositions by Caracas based multi-instrumentalist and composer Isaac Sasson, with a remix on the flipside by London producer and drummer Hector Plimmer (Albert's Favourites). Side A kicks off with "Paseo en Un Sueño", a short composition that reflects a dream that begins in the village of El Hatillo and ends at dawn in the hills of Caicaguana, it's main theme is a beautiful flute melody played by Tomasito Garcia. As the instruments and vocals fade away, "Canción Para Mi Familia, Venezuela" begins, with Isaac singing "esta melodia es especial para mi mamá, dedicada a mis abuelos, a mis hermanos y a mi papa". This song is a sort of mantra or prayer dedicated to Venezuela and Isaac's family and friends; it's spiraling guitar riff and various percussion instruments quickly descending towards a chaotic state of bliss. Hector Plimmer's remix on the B side reassembles elements from another Sasson original, "Cantos Campesinos", focusing on a particular vocal motif. Hector retunes the rhythm to his purposes, building tension and borrowing a bell sound to raise it even further, before releasing a skittering drum pattern with plenty of swing and a heavy dose of low end. Before the song ends, Hector goes deeper, adding sensual synth chords and finally a flute-like synth solo to complete this musical trip that is surely destined to soundtrack a few hazy evenings this summer. The music on this EP has been previously self-released by Isaac on his album Memorias del canto campesino, but appears here for the first time on vinyl. Edition of 300.

Not worth it

My 3 month old Bernedoodle chewed up the string in about 5 min. But she really likes the barbell part and it’s held up well.
I’m not even going to give her the bone toy, after reading these reviews.

Must have dog toy!
Size: Extra Small, Style: Bristle Bone
I bought the PetSafe Busy Buddy Treat Ring Variety Pack for our 15 lb Shih Tzu and he absolutely LOVES it. The second he sees me pull it out, he gets so excited. We use it mostly to keep him entertained while we pull our cockatiels out of their cage for the day.
This is such a great toy for mental stimulation and keeping him busy. It’s interactive, keeps him focused, and makes treat time last longer instead of him just inhaling snacks in two seconds.
The rings are extremely durable, they treats fit really well, and it’s nice having a variety pack. It’s also a great option for small dogs who need enrichment without it being too heavy or difficult to use. The rings have no odd smell like other toys do. They come in an array of sizes and this particular one has little bristles that work as a tooth brush while he is using it as well.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for an enrichment toy, treat toy, or something to keep your dog entertained at home especially if you are using it for what we are.

The best safe, chew toy that offers variety and a challenge to keep your dog occupied.

My 60-lb, male Golden Retriever LOVES this bone. My first mistake was I put it together too tight; second mistake I loosened it too much and he had it pulled apart in no time. Now, it's just right. He wasn't sure about it, honestly, for about 5 hours. He is a chewer, he gets bored quickly, he's such a great dog I wanted him to have something indestructible, safe, and allow him different types of chewing in one toy. OH MY GOODNESS! This toy checks all the boxes. I did think I bought a Large; turned out to be a medium which is really perfect, for 50 to 90 lb dogs. And what came with this purchases was a bag of the treat rings. So glad I did! Finding the right chew toy to occupy this adorable boy has been a challenge. PetSafe, you met the challenge! Thank you so much!!
