The Nikon FM3a is a 35mm manual-focus SLR combining fully mechanical operation with electronic automation. It features a hybrid shutter system capable of operating mechanically at all speeds while also offering aperture-priority auto exposure when powered. Shutter speeds range from 8s to 1/4000s, with flash sync at 1/250s, enabling precise exposure control across a wide range of lighting conditions.
The camera uses a center-weighted TTL metering system based on silicon photodiodes, providing accurate exposure readings with both AI and AI-S Nikkor lenses. The F-mount ensures broad compatibility with Nikon’s manual-focus lens ecosystem. A bright interchangeable focusing screen and high-eyepoint pentaprism viewfinder deliver clear composition and focusing accuracy.
Constructed with a metal chassis and mechanical controls, the FM3a emphasizes precision, reliability, and direct user control, making it a technically refined platform for 35mm photography.

Literally gave me the hope to fight for my marriage & fight for self healing, this book is very insightful about real life struggles that end up hurting us & our marriages, it all starts with you, if you work on you & your issues, you will begin to find personal healing which in turn, leads to healing within the marriage, if you DONT work on YOU FIRST or THINK ITS ALL YOUR SPOUSES/PARTNERS FAULT, your marriage will stay the same or get worse & fail.
It's a great read to read by yourself, or as a couple or even in a small group. I highly recommend this book.

Powerful information for any couple

This book covers examples and advice for several different specific scenarios and struggles in marriages. Not every chapter is directly applicable to your situation, but I believe all of the advice was useful, even if indirectly. I feel encouraged, better prepared, and less fearful after reading this.
