A very good experience overall.
The whole process went smoothly and efficiently except for the Repair Dept. spending 3 weeks trying multiple attempts to order parts and repair the computer before determining it was unrepairable. I will use Assurion in the future.

Again, I was super shocked because most of the time you get the run around with no results.
