Sometimes side bars, nerf bars and running boards just aren't the right fit for the off-roader. When your vehicle is beefed up and built out the way it was born to be, you need a step up from ordinary. ARIES Rocker Step running boards are the ideal side accessory for the off-road-style truck, Jeep or SUV, featuring extra protection for your rocker panels, a convenient 3" wide step up and enough ground clearance to allow you to hold nothing back. While many rocker panel protectors are simple steel panels or tubes, the ARIES Rocker Step is something more. In addition to its all-steel construction, it has a wide, flat profile that provides two key advantages. First, it offers a convenient, comfortable step up into your vehicle The double-tube layout and welded top plate create a sturdy, 3" wide stepping surface. Second, the flat design offers added ground clearance. Unlike some side bars that are mounted down and away from the vehicle, ARIES Rocker Step running boards are set high enough to clear brush, boulders and other off-road debris. They also feature a durable E-coat and textured black powder coat finish to resist rust and hide scratches and grime. Mounting ARIES Rocker Step running boards is fast and easy. They come with vehicle-specific mounting brackets, pre-welded into place, to provide reliable footing and a custom fit on your vehicle. This particular set of Rocker Step running boards fits specific years of the Nissan Xterra (see application info to verify fitment). The brackets install using pre-existing mounting locations to eliminate the need for drilling and cut down on installation time. ARIES Rocker Steps are sold in pairs for the driver and passenger side and come with all necessary mounting hardware.

No casebook connect
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. I’m incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.

Readable
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
Not at all what I would consider “Very Good” condition, as the book was described. Pretty disappointed to be honest, considering I paid over $100 for this. It’s beaten up, torn, and dirty, but it’s readable.

Not as listed!
Format: Hardcover
I paid nearly 300 dollars for this book and it was not as listed. I bought this because it was listed as new, but the book arrived with a broken binding, highlighting and writing throughout the pages, and the course ecode was already used. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my studies.

Coverage lined up nearly perfectly with my fed courts class
Format: Paperback
Almost every case we covered in class and definitely every concept is covered, and explained helpfully, in this E&E. The problems are helpful, too.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
