This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.

Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. This is a great resource for learning things about your Airbnb listing and how to maximize your success, BUT if you are purchasing this book because you read in the Intro, "Elevate your hosting game with Chatgpt", please know the "free download" link/website shared does NOT exist/no longer works.
