Gebruik
Perfect passend binnen de Modifast 3.2.2. afslankmethode. Met de ProtiPlus 3.2.2.-methode wissel je drie strenge dagen af met twee lichtere dagen, terwijl je in het weekend weer normaal (licht) kunt eten. Op die manier kun je deze methode vlot integreren in je dagelijkse leven. De eiwitten zorgen er bovendien voor dat je spiermassa behouden blijft! Great simple gentle cleanser
Love this cleanser. I use it night for after oil cleansing. I have oily, dehydrated mature skin. I have roseca on my cheeks so I have to be careful of harsher cleansers. I wanted just a simple hydrating cleanser. Since I have oily skin, I need a gel cleanser for the evening & this fit the bill. Doesn't strip my face, but doesn't leave any residue like so many hydrating cleansers do. It doesn't irritate my roseca & doesn't break me out. I have also used this as a morning cleanser while traveling & it doesn't disappoint. I have a different morning cleanser that is more creamy, but isn't enough at night. I'm going on my 3rd tube & will continue to buy! I would say if you have dry skin, this may not be suited for you because it is a gel cleanser.
